Pretty Miss Anya!

Morning all, hope that you are all well today! Boy another hot day is upon us again, and its the Men finals at Wimbledon too,………wooohooo! Can’t wait to watch it!

Anyway I thought that I would share a quick card with you that I made for my nieces birthday last week. She was 12 and growing up so fast, I can’t believe it. So I thought that a Miss Anya card was very approach for this occasion. The card you will notice is very similar to one I do the other day, just added a few extra flowers and stuff, but pretty much cased it completely everywhere else LOL. This is my fave Miss Anya, love her to bits!

Tools – Leone Em Branch Punch, and Sewing Machine

The inside is done using off cuts from the front, and I have added more flowers and gems. Plus an Elzybells sentiment too.

Also today I wanted to share with you a new addition to my garden, I nearly died when I saw this in the garden centre last week and just had to get it. As you can see from the label it is from the Campanula family of flowers, but the flowers are giant size, honest to god they are huge. The label says Medium Canterbury Bells, if these are medium, then I would love to see the large ones LOL........of even the extra larges one for that matter LOL. It reminds me of something that you would see in a children's book about fairies, and it made me think about all the fairy stories that I used to read when I was a little girl. The flowers are so big I reckon the bees and the fairies are gonna be able to have a party in side one of them LOL…………ooooh I do hope that I get an invite! {as a child I always had an over active imagination, and I am pleased to report that it has continued into my adulthood, much to my Hubsters amusement LOL}

Here is a close up of those delish flowers, they truly are amazing, and I can’t wait till it gets more established another year and we get even more flowers on it, it will be truly gorge!

Anyway that is enough waffle from me today, hope that you all enjoy your Sunday and the tennis if you are a fan! Really hope that my American friends had a fab 4th July yesterday {little sad for us, as that was the day my FIL passed away, sniff, sniff}.

Really hope to get around to seeing you all soon, I have been such a bad blogging friend of late, I blame the weather LOL.
