About Me

My Photo
Hi my name is Tab and I'm married to Leigh, and we live in a little village in Leicestershire, UK with our very cuddly Shih Tzu called Teddy and between him and Leigh they make me laugh each day! I love to spend my time either doing a bit of crocheting or inking up a rubber stamp....truly love both and I love to dabbling in a bit of cake decorating too :o)

The Official Magnolia Inspiration Challenge #1

Yayyyyyyy, good morning , my lovelies!

Today is a super exciting day, as it sees the start of the new TOMIC blog, which is Magnolia Stamps of Sweden, official challenge blog……..yayyyyyy!

The theme of the first weeks challenge is “Birthdays” and the reason being is because it is Pauline’s Birthday {owner and designer of Magnolia Stamps}.

Happy Birthday Pauline!

All of the DT has taken part in the first challenge, so there is a feast of cards for you all over at the Challenge Blog…..and of course the prize for the challenge will be a Magnolia one…..yayyyyy!

I decided to make an easel card, using two of my fave Magnolia stamps……..:o)….love this sweet pair, especially Tilda holding the balloons!

009

The papers are all by Magnolia too, as are the 2 sentiments and the star border stamp {love that stamp}…..The flowers are from Wild Orchid Craft.

003

The two little sweeties Tilda’s have been coloured using Prisma Pencils and blended with sansodor.

004

I decided to make the image more interested by decoupaging Tilda’s clothes and balloons :o)

006

Side view of the card, sorry for all the pictures….easel cards are a nightmare to photograph LOL…….

007

Well that is all from me today, thank you for stopping by and please, please pop over to the Challenge Blog and check out the rest of the DT’s work, truly and utterly amazing!

Looking forward to seeing what you all make too……remember the challenge is a weekly challenge so don’t forget to enter ……. hee hee.

Much love

Tab x

Gorgeous easel card, beautiful papers, lovely image. All the cards are so stunning and beautiful. I hope everything is going well on Etsy. (got my first sale at last - and the sale will be donated to Cancer Research UK). Sorry I have not made it to your blog for a while, as you may know from my blog - my mum has been ill and in hospital, she is home out now recovering.
